You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags intact.
Only size-related exchanges are permitted.
No refunds are issued for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A refund will only be issued if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment has been made.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Size or style preferences
Late return requests
Items showing signs of wear or usage
For defective or incorrect products, Pippop will cover return shipping.
For all other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
